Students in grades Pre-K through 5^th will sort picture cards of items into three categories: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle to learn about sustainability practices. As an extension, students will brainstorm and create a list of more items that would fall into each category. This activity promotes critical thinking, discussion, and fosters a sense of responsibility towards the environment.
