TCOT Ambassador Program Application

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to participate in the program the entire school year (approx. 9 months). 
• Must be able to meet virtually 3 times during the school year. The first meeting will be scheduled, while the other two will be scheduled based on the group’s availability. 
• Must promote and share Take Care of Texas program with colleagues and administration. 
• Must utilize Take Care of Texas varied resources within the classroom and campus. 
• Must fill out final survey at the end of the program.
